Hi, I've posted once here a while back. I forgot how long ago that was, but so far my progress is going fairly well. I can retract the foreskin to about halfway of the corona when it's not erect (which is great, since I couldn't do it before). But I've gathered two questions since then:1) I'm using this link to do my foreskin exercises each night: http://www.foreskin.org/phi-once.htmHowever, one part of the exercise eludes me. He says, in the 7th paragraph (where he describes the method), "...I repeated this for about ten minutes, then masturbated to ejaculation. I let the semen remain in my foreskin until I showered the next morning. Perhaps hyaluronidase in the semen helped loosen my foreskin, because this enzyme is a potent skin relaxer."The last bit I'm wondering about is the hyaluronidase. Although I do get an erection during the exercise, I don't do it until I ejaculate. Instead I just watch some porn for about 5 minutes (the good scenes) and let the cowper's fluid build up around the head. I find that the cowper's fluid also relaxes my foreskin quite a bit, since it seems easier to move the foreskin down a bit, even when my penis is erect.My question is, which is the better skin relaxer: the hya in the semen, or the cowp fluid? (i.e. which would be better in getting the foreskin further down?)2) My corona increases in size dramatically when my penis is erect. Although I can get the foreskin down halfway to the corona when it's not, when it's FULLY erect I can only get the foreskin down maybe 1/5th of the corona.
