My last period was from May 21 to May 25. The last time my boyfriend and I had sex was on May 27. We did not have intercourse, but he did cum on my vaginal area (not at all inside). Recently, I have been having spotting of a brown color.. somewhat like how the end of menstration is. I researched early symptoms and have found that spotting is a symptom. However, I didn't have the other listed symptoms (like the common morning sickness). I was curious and looked at a site that talked about ovulation, it said my ovulation was set for June 4. Can anyone tell me if I am pregnant? Or what the chances are that I am? Could it be just a "chemical inbalance?" Thanks a bunch.

Possible Pregnancy?

It's very unlikely that you're pregnant.

If it is unlikely that I am pregnant, then can someone explain the brownish spotting? I have never had it... and I find it odd that it is occuring almost two weeks after I had my period, and about 1.5 weeks before my supposed next. I would like to also hear more opinions on whether I am pregnant or not...

Some women can have spotting in between periods. Like I said before it's HIGHLY unlikely that you're pregnant. Plus women don't start having signs of pregnancy a week after conception.

I second what amanda says, I would imagine its almost impossible for you to be pregnant.

I would like to first say thanks for replying to my post =)! Secondly, this is my third day of "spotting," it is still that same brown color.. I am not on a BC, or contraceptive or any sort.. it seems to only occur during the day, not in the evening or at night (while I'm sleeping). Is it common to have so much spotting? Once again, this is all new to me... so please excuse my many questions .

Okay, I haven't gotten my period yet.. and I'm about a little more than a week late .. My boyfriend and I decided to take a home pregnancy test. We got the EPT Certainty test (2 pack), it has a digitial read out. I took it once in the afternoon, and once the following morning (w/ first morning urine), both times came up as: Not Pregnant. Should I go to the doctor's to take a blood test? I find it really odd that I haven't gotten my period yet =/.

Some women can skip a month, or two, or three. I said before it's highly unlikely that you're pregnant and even the pregnancy tests have come back negative. Stop worrying.

I would like to thank both Amanda and AngelWitch for their reassurance and opinions. I finally got my period after being about 2 weeks late. You guys are doing a fantastic job! Thanks a bunch. -HappyC.
