I'm currently 16 and I've never been able to retract my foreskin, it is so tight that I can BARLY see the tip of my head. I knew my penis was different but I didn't know how different until a few years ago. I've wanted a circumsition for a long time but never had the courage to ask my parents. Now my family can barly afford to feed our selves. I was wondering If it was possible to retract the foreskin in weeks instead of months? I also would like to know if it is bad that I am this tight at this age?

Very Tight

Sup man.. Yeah you shouldn't be that tight at 16. You have a condition called phimosis. What I would do if I were you is try to take a bahtub instead of showers when you can, and just sit in there for a hour or so everyday and just work at trying to pull it back... Don't be forceful, but just over and over try to gently pull on it. I think overtime it should stretch out and the hot water definately helps.

You might try also getting a finger or 2 or 3 in there, however many you can handle. Once you can get 2 fingers in there just work on pulling your fingers away from eachother and stretching the skin, of course being in hot water while you are doing this.

Hey, Rockage:
Just stretch the foreskin until it retracts. Make it a part of your regular day, like brushing your teeth, and you'll be fully retractable before you know it. After all, you are only 16 and you have your whole life in front of you. As you are in a tight fix, money-wise, it's important to remember that stretching doesn't cost a cent.
Stretching is much simpler than having your penis mutilated by circumcision. After all, there's nothing quite as beautifully functional as a foreskin. It facilitates sexual intercourse by helping preserve vaginal moisture; it prevents vaginal scraping by cushioning the "hook" of the corona during intercourse; it encourages short thrusting strokes, which helps prevent premature ejaculation, while maximizing rhythmic contact with the female's clitoral mound; it ensures that you will experience full sensitivity; and it provides for the pleasurable gliding mechanism by which the glans moves in and out of its protective sheath, both during intercourse and while masturbating.
You are worried by the cost of circumcision? Are you also aware that most circumcised men must purchase expensive lubricants in order to achieve sexual satisfaction and ejaculation? Go to the nearest pharmacy and price a few lubricants, and don't be fooled by cheap store brands. Most lubricants are almost worthless, as they dry up on contact with air. "Wet" and its like sell for many dollars an ounce. A small jar of Albolene, a moisturizing cleanser, sells for over $12.00. Intact men need never worry about lubricants, as the natural moisturizing effect of the foreskin provides natural lubrication.
In effect, a circumcision may provide temporary relief from being unretractable, but the long-term losses and expense don't warrant such drastic action.
