Hi, i'm 18 next month, 5' 6" tall and weght 9 stone exactly. All my friends weight about 11 stone but most are bigger.I was just wondering how i could gain weight without getting fat? My body mass is 20 which is acceptable but it should be 22.Also my wrists, arms and lower legs are quite thin... i can't find any watches to fit my wrists because they're so small.So just wondering what kind of foods i should be eating, how much excercise and how much food i should be eating?thanks

If you want to gain weight without getting fat the only way is to gain muscle or super glue stuff to you. You would do this with working with heavy weights the heavyier the weights the faster you get big muscles, but really heavy weights means big muscles and not much strength. If you want to be strong too you need to work out were you can do 12 repetitions and 4 sets. (this is for biceps and stuff like that depends on the body group for sets and reopatitions) the maximum average body groth a week without sterioids is 3% so if youre already scrawny youre going to have to work hard to start notice a differance since muscle grows in % so the bigger you are the faster you get bigger. So you need to break the barrier if you want to start getting bigger. So I would recomend getting a gym membership, also you cant gain muscle from weights without getting fatter, so your fucked if you dont expect to gain weight. You just have to get muscle then you tone them and work off the fat doing arobic stuff like running or biking. But most of all just dont give up!!!

without the use of steroids is would be very difficult. And please dont do steroids unless you know how to handle em. I put on a ton of weight by working out 3 times a week and eating ALOT! youre gonna have to gain some fat though. get over it. Try and put on about 2 to 3 lbs. a week to be safe.

IMO the people using steroids are way more dedicated to working out than those who work out all natural. but thats just in my experiences. And from the ones ive seen id never call em pussies (roid rage)
