Well, my friend has them and she really experiences a lot of pain because of them. Tonight we were out, and she was in misery. She'll usually have to go the chiropractor to get rid of them, but having to go see the doctor everytime you get a headache shouldn't be happening, should it?Does anyone who knows anything about headaches have a clue for this one? She says that she gets more than one type of headache, so taking something for it, while getting rid of one problem would only make the other one worse.I was just hoping that I could do something to help her though. I feel weird about just asking anyone, because most people don't know anything about these kinds of things, so I was hoping that maybe someone here might be able to help.

Tension Headaches

Some people just suffer from bad headaches, and there is nothing they can do but ride it out. Has she any idea what, if anything, could cause them, eyes are a big thing with headaches, has she had her eyes checked, allergies are another, my partner gets a REALLY bad headache if he eats cheese or drinks anything with Caffiene in it, and high blood pressure can also cause headaches.

I'm not sure. Certain smells contribute to it, and bright light makes it worse.I just wish there was a way to get rid of them besides her having to go to the chiropractor everytime. Even though her insurance covers it, it's not like they're open 24/7.
