A few days ago I made a post about an adhesion problem I have. I have read many of the other posts but haven't found much help.Stretching is way to painful, it hurts just thinking about it!And I don't want to be circumsised as dispite my probelms i like my penis the way it is, but the problem is I don't think girls will I'm coming up to my 16th soon which means it won't be long untill I start trying things out with girls, but I fear they will be put of by the adhesion. If I was with the right person I don't think it would matter tho. But it still bugs me.

im pretty much in the same situation as you... i'm 15, i'm uncut, and I also have that little thing that prevents me from retracting my foreskin... but i'm getting much better. everday i stretch it out after a hot shower. its been like 2 months now and I can pull it back over half of the head. i'm hoping my progress continues... my advice for you is to try stretching out some more. Don't try to stretch it all at once just ease into it slowly. im sure it will help... i was reluctant when i started too so ur not alone

Another way to stretch pretty much painlessly is to do what I do. I almost always masturbate without retracting the foreskin and uncovering the head. However, as I'm stroking and moving the foreskin up and down the head, the closer I get to an orgasm, the more I will pull down on the foreskin. It's hard to explain, but in effect I'm stretching a bit while jerking off, but what little pain I feel then (because I'm not stretching like crazy, just a little bit) is drowned out in the pleasure of the incoming orgasm. Before I started doing it, I could only retract the foreskin while flacid and not at all during an erection. And getting an erection after retracting it would stretch the foreskin almost to the breaking point around the glans, and was extremely painful. Now, the only kind of stretching I've ever done regularily is what I've said above, and in three months I'm almost to the point where I can retract it while fully erect, and it's much more comfortable when erect and fully retracted since it's nowhere near as tight as before. In any case, I really recommend doing some stretching before thinking of an operation. It might take more time, but if it works, it's both less painful and less dangerous for your genitals.

Thanks for all the help guys! Its a releif to know I'm not the only one with this problem. I think I'll go and get the adhesion sorted out by a doctor tho because for some reason, there is another adhesion right at the top attached to the back of my foreskin, only attached by a thin peice of skin. Damit, why couldn't I of just had a normal penis lol!

Are you talking about the frenulum? Because if you're refering to a little bridge of flesh that links the foreskin to the underside of the glans just under the urethra, then that's prefectly normal for uncut guys to have that, but it might be confusing since circumcised men don't have it. It might be a problem if it's too tight, because it might also prevent good retraction.

ya i had the same exact problem the frendulum [or the little thing that adheres the head to the foreskin] was holding my foreskin in place and it annoyed the hell out of me... stretching helped me out a lot... but it is ALWAYS a good idea to get a doctor's opinion

You really don't need to deal with a doctor yet. If you really have an adhesion, try putting some baby oil under the foreskin and let it soak in overnight. To separate the adhesion, you just need to stretch the skin back and forth, roll your penis in teh palms of your hands. It'll come loose if you work it after a while. When I say a while I don't mean the same day but perhaps days or weeks. Can't say for sure.
