I weigh 125 (mostly muscle, as doctor said) and I am 13 years old.I want to put on a lot more muscle for reasons not needed to hear, I do:-weight lifting (lifting a 25 pound weight about 20-30 times day and morning)-I do 40 sit ups at night-20 push ups day and morning-30 seconds of push up but not pushing up day and night-About to take up running a mile each dayBut not I am still not getting the results I want.I also eat pretty healthy, mostly vegetarian, still eat meat though/light meat, I resist fast foods and eating out all together.Although my family is not the skinniest.Any way to get better muscles?Readings:-13 inches around base of muscle in my arm.-27 inches around stomach.-18 inches around thiegh

Start going to a local gym and start benching, curling, squating, tri pulls, and keep up the sit ups and push ups and maybe start taking creatien to make more muscle mass

Or don't take creatine. It's a steroid. You've heard of what they do (to the package and what not) and for once, all the rumors are true. Don't take it.

Someone 13 years old shouldn't really be doing much in the form of weights at all, especially at an age where your body is developing rapidly.I would say keep up the situps and pressups, take up swimming. Dont push your body with heavy weights your body really isn't ready.
