i'm a guy, lets not get this confused...i've started working out recently and i noticed that i keep getting cramps when i do my work.. i'd even stretch it out and another cramp would form somewhere else.. is there something that can stop the cramping, or somethin i should be drinkin?? explanations? insight?

Warm ups and cool downs help...a lot more than stretching does, which is not much of anything. The "don't overdo it" advice is also good. Also, make sure you're staying hydrated. But don't drink a gallon of water before a workout either.

Yes, do not drink too much water before working out, I've done that one.
