I know this seems like a dumb question but I need to know. Is it possible to lose weight in your boobs? I mean a couple months ago I was a 36c (at least I thought) and now I'm a dd. I don't really like big boobs and this is actually a big surprise to me. Is there anyway I can make these large annoyances go away? Plus it gets in the way of my cheerleading and teaching my toddler dance classes. I need help so badly. Thanks much!

Losing wieght?
-
How does it get in the way of cheerleading? With DD you could be the most popular cheerleader in the school! And on a serious note, I think breast fat is proportionate to body fat. Now I'm sure your boobs are just big cause you're a teenager and they grow... its their job. Ya know, I'm not calling you fat or anything, its just that breasts are made of fat. Fact. digging digging

Go get fitted at victorias secret, first. its free.

yea lose some weight, do cardio and do pushups and benchpress. I had this hot teacher who said she used to be a dd also before she started going to the gym with her husband, now shes a 36c also, still fine as hell tho and benched more than half the guys in the class during the time (9th grade). She had such a great body too nice and toned, not too buff or anything like that. Pretty much model body haha so yea...lose some weight if u want, keep it if u want to be popular.

exactly and im helping lmao
-
lol sorry i just hit the closest reply button

pushups and benchpressHow's that going to remove fat from the breast? I suspect the breast reduction was caused by losing weight.
-
Your right, if you put muscle into your chest, its either not gonna do anything, or make them bigger.
-
Well actually I really don't way that much. Unless 132lbs is alot. I dont know I'm clueless. But I have tried crunches and excersing and all that good stuff but it wont go away. I try everything. My sisters mentioned surgery or breast reduction whatever but I am to nervous with all the stories I have heard. I don't even like going to the doctor all together. And it does get in the way of cheerleading because it hurts with the flips and all and I'm afraid I'm gonna blind the crowd. Not to mention I would rather have people look at my face when I talk to them. That would be nice.

do about 45 min of moderate cardio a day and drink a glass of grapefruit juice abotu 30 min before cardio
-
drink a glass of grapefruit juice abotu 30 min before cardioDoesn't that give you a big blood sugar spike? It also has a lot of calories. You'd be better off eating a grapefruit...or an orange.
-
it causes a insulin spike, which is what you want, so your body will use fat for energy instead of carbs
-
Huh? Insulin causes calories to be stored as fat.
In reply to:
"Having less insulin released into your system lowers your odds of having excess calories converted to fat," says Stephen T. Sinatra, M.D., F.A.C.C., author of Lower Your Blood Pressure in Eight Weeks.
Some Web site:
In reply to:
Refined grains like white rice and those used to make white bread and sugary breakfast cereals have had most of their fiber and nutrients striped away. They turn into blood sugar (glucose) so fast that, like sugar itself, they can cause a spike in our insulin level. This tells our body that plenty of energy is readily available and that it should stop burning fat and start storing it.
Some other Web site:
In reply to:
insulin is in essence a storage hormone [for fat], glucagon is a release hormone.
There was some commercial bodybuilding site that paritally supported what you said, but it's a bit more complicated than that. I'd wager that it's probably healthier just not to manipulate your blood sugar and make it spike, especially if you have any kind of issue with your blood sugar level.

Well last month you said 36cc, which there is no such size, and the other day you said you were happy with your size. What's your deal?
-
Chill, that was a typo. I thought I was 36c but I went to victoria's secrets (like everyone said) and found out I was a 36dd. wierd
-
I've been wearing the wrong size bra this whole time. No wonder they hurt. But, that reminds of that time on oprah where the girls were getting new makeovers.
-
Supposedly many if not most women wear the wrong-size bra...usually too small.Remember the "how do you size a bra" thread from the old days?
