Are there any excercises that can close the gap between my chest muscles?

there is no way really to isolate the inner or outer chest. There horizontal muscle fibers. what works good for me though is do flys on a flat bench and also do the bench press with dumbells. My workout usually goes somin like thisBench Press- 4sets - 12x10x8x6Incline Press- 4sets - " " "Flatbench Flys- 3 sets - 10 eachflatbench press- " " " " "pushups- 1 set- until i collapse

damn u do that much? those sound hard and complicated. push-ups are difficult 4 me. if i practice them will they be easier to do and will i be able 2 do more of em, wat do u thnk?
