I'm not flamming you, but plz learn to spell. Doesn't matter if your grammar sucks, if you spell right it's easier to understand.
Any fruit is good, but don't over abuse anything. Vary your fruits and it'll be ok.
As for vegetables, anything is all right except don't eat too much carrot and potatoes. Carrot, if I remember, can cause cancer if eaten on a regular basis, as in breakfast, lunch, dinner everyday. Potatoes are fat, but you should eat it once in a while like once or twice a week. Water vegetable are good as well such as cuccumber, tomatoes, etc. Oh, and whatever you do don't stick to salad. Salad is just waste of time and will make you hungry. It's just shit anyway.

Actually, carrots, like many other vegetables, are good cancer fighters. They have a naturally occuring chemical that lowers your risk of cancer. Many other vegetables are great sources of cancer fighting agents as well. Bananas do not fatten you, and neither do other fruits for the most part. Most fruits are a high source of natural sugars, but they are still very much lacking in overall energy content compared to fats and carbs. Rice and potatoes are carbohydrates, and should be eaten in moderation if you're trying to watch your weight. Personally, I try to get more carbs than I do, because if you're constantly active then the energy is essential to your health.

If you eat salad instead of potatoes, you gotta eat more salad because salad is very thin and takes way more space to store. It`s a density thingy
Salad is very thin, but that is it's problem. Unless you add protein rich ingredients into it such as chicken, beans, cheese?, etc, it's quite useless.
Have you ever eaten salad for lunch and have to wait until 20:00 o'clock to eat dinner? well, Salad as a meal doesn't last long, it doesn't give much energy and it is definitely not good by its own.
Salad however, is quite useful if combined with other dishes such as steaks, pastas, or bread. But most people tend to stick to the meat and get filled before they start with the salad.
In terms of density. Salad is very thin, so thin you'd have to eat a lot of it just to fill up by it's own. And trust me, eating a lot of vegetable is not as delicious as it may sound and is extremly boring.

The French eat their salad after the entree. Americans eat salad before. It's a useful space filler to help you not eat too much meat, etc., but the salad is a lot better for you if it's not covered with fatty dressing. Things like vinegar and olive oil are good.

Believe it or not bananas are very good for you and one banana provides enough energy for a 90 minute workout, they can also help: Bowels, PMS, quiting smoking, stress, depression, high blood pressure, heart burn, and lots more problems. FUCK APPLES; EAT A BANANA A DAY AND KEEP THE DOCTOR AWAY! Now eating bananas a lot during a day isn't good either. If you eat tons of bananas without anything else you can increase your chance of a heart attack. So one to 3 bananas a day will do you good as long as you exercise you wont gain weight from a banana just like any other food. Exercise is the key to losing weight and gaining muscle. Honestly you can eat what you want, in reasonable proportions, as long as you exercise 4 to 5 times a week. Chicken and Rice is an ideal meal for weight lose and working out, because it gives you the protein and carb fuell you need, plus the food is not real fatty if you prepare it right.
