I'm 16, very skinny but never put on weight. I eat a lot of junk food, only time I put on weight is if I gain muscle.Anyone know why I ain't gaining weight?

Well you just answered your own question there. Junk food is bad for you, that is well known. Not only that, it is used by the body very quickly so therefore it doesn't store in your body properly.
As you already mentioned; bulding muscles gains you weight, why not do that? Build some muscle; get some dumbells, do some press-ups and eat a high-protein diet.

Fast metabolism, and if you excersize obviously fat isnt going to store.

Eat as much as you can (in 5 or more meals during the day), and older. In twenty years, when your metabolism slows, you'll be asking how to keep the weight off.
