I bike 9 miles and rollerblade 4 miles everyday after school. For biking I average 3-4 min miles and rollerblading it's about 7 min miles. I also workout on the bowflex doing upper body one day and legs the other. This is how I break down my sets: 1st set light weight 20 reps, 2nd set light weight 20 reps, 3rd set medium weight 15 reps, 4th set heavy weight 10 reps, 5th set really light weight 20 reps. Does this sound like a good plan? My goals are to build more muscle and try to lose some more weight if possible.Stats:Weight- 156Height- 5'9"

Is this a good workout plan?

That sounds like an awful lot for an everyday workout.

sounds like you'll gain muscle weight, lose fat weight, and show definition in your body. Sounds good to me.

I'm very dedicated when I want to do something .. like part of the reason I'm doing this is just to get a girlfriend, sigh. Yep well I better get going still have to lift.

If you're a beginner, you may not want to be doing everything that you're doing. Try giving yourself at least 2 rest days out of the week. I like working out 3 days a week. It's good then.

I've been working out on and off since december, I've never stuck with one routine for over 2 months though and I plan to with this.

Point id like to bring up, is not stick with one routine, You need to switch up your exercises for a couple different reasonsYour body develops a tolerance against it and makes the exercise uselessand Boredom...Be careful and dont stick to the same routine

It's ok to stick to one routine as long as you change the number of reps and sets done.

I am an avid bosy builder and that is over doing it. If you workout you need to set reps but not weights. And your work out is a lttile confusing.
