I've been noticing a lot recently that I look very aged and tired. Not so long ago, about 3/4 yrs ago my skin looked clear and I just looked generally healthier and happier. These days, my skin looks worn out, slightly creased, thinner and I look very tired and depressed. I can't work out what it is! I eat very healthy and I exercise so it's not as if I don't look after myself, but I just seem to look 'ill' all the time.

Look ill

Are you sleeping well? Are you very stressed? What meds are you on?
-
No meds, no stress and 8 hrs + sleep. Btw nice to see you again SteveA

And top of the day to you!> I just looked generally healthier and happier. If not stressed, are you feeling depressed? (Sound like Johnny Cochrane here.)

I'm not sure. I'm not even sure when I'm depressed anymore as I've been on and off for a long time now. I could be, but I don't feel depressed. Maybe it's become such a regular feeling that I know no different.

On the "What kind of drunk are you?" thread, you said: "I'm not this locked away person as I always portray to people when I'm not drunk. People love me when I'm drunk because I'm me, and not some anxious, depressed and drugged up looking person."So you didn't mean to say that you are normally anxious and depressed, but that you look anxious and depressed?
-
It's a bit of both really. Sometimes I know when I'm anxious and also know that people are picking up on it and other times I don't even realise I'm feeling anxious but people are still picking up on it. It's hard to explain.

have any major event happened in your life lately?
-
Not that I can recall.
