I'm nosey, so I'm asking what is your regime for keeping fit at home?
Mine is nothing special - could do with more variation:
Mon:
Chest/biceps
50 push-ups
dumbell curl: 3 sets to failure
Hammer curl: 3 sets to failure
flys: 3 sets to failure
Tues: rest
Wednesday:
Shoulders/back
Overhead shoulder press with dumbells: 2 sets to failure
Shrugs: 2 sets 15 reps
Bullworker: back exercise to failure
Thursday: rest
Friday:
Legs/Chin/waist/abs
30 min jog
bullworker: chin, thighs, buttocks, stomach
sit-ups to failure
Weekend: Rest
Note: This is an experimental routine; I'm trying to see if any gains are possible with it. So far, I've had large gains - mostly my shoulders, biceps and forearms, my back and legs however need a lot of work still.
