well my first problem would have to be that I'm too skinny for my height. I'm probably 5"10 or 5"11 and I only weight 130 pounds which isn't nearly as much for an average guy. I can eat a whole lot even though it doesn't show but I do like for example at in-n-out I don't get anything smaller than a 4x4 and fries. I get 1 pound burgers every once and a while, I get like 4 meals a day. So eating isn't my problem but I still can't gain anything. I don't exercise very much just sit on the computer and that type of matter. Then my next problem would be that I would like to figure out how to straighten out my posture its been way off because when I was little I used to sloutch over to use the computer and over the years its been bad. so is there anything u can recommend for that. Thats basically what I've been having problems with I would like your recommendations on these matters. Thanks LUke

Sit up straight, try some excersized that make your shouldars normal (pushed back) and as for the eating thing, you just have a fast metabolism. Most guys and girls arent that lucky Helpful links for posture: http://www.consumer.gov.tt/news/healthypostureinanofficechair.htmhttp://www.oiweb.com/ergo/workstation-setup.htmlhttp://www.clevelandclinic.org/health/health-info/docs/0300/0359.asp?index=4485

Well I can help you on your back, a few things put a peice of large plywood under your matttress and sleep on you back at night, also never slouch when ever you walk try to stand up straight. If you cant get any plywood then lay flat on your back at night on the floor. About gaining wieght eat alot of carbs, ex. Bread, Rice, Cereal.....

well the thing is that I toss and turn a lot in my sleep so I don't know if I can hold one position the whole night. I'm starting to do the stretches and exercises from the websites the other person gave me. btw thanks for the website they are great to me. but is there any recommendations for sleeping at night?

Sounds to me like you are trying to gain some fat, which isn't what you want.
I would reccommend getting off the computer (You know, I should follow this advice aswell) and go out and do some weight lifting.
It is better to be skinny then fat, believe me.

I wouldn't worry too much about your weight issue.. I was the same way, though I'm 6'2" and weight about 145 when I was younger. Even to this day I weight only about 160 to 165 at 6'2".As for the back issue.. honestly go to a chiropractor. He'll go over a few easy steps to re-align your shoulders and back. I have the same issue and I do an easy technique that requires me to lay on my stomach and use my elbows to prop me up. I keep my head lift up some to cause an arch in my back and to make my shoulders straight. You stay in that position about 30 minutes a day.
