Would anyone know what types of exercises I could to do strengthen my back (upper and lower)? I think my family is predisposed to weak back muscles because my mom and older sister have back problems and I really don't want to have problems like them.
I have no access to a gym and a very (very) small selection of free weights I can use.
I'm pretty fit overall and I work out, but I don't know how to work my back muscles!
Any and all help is appreciated, thanks!
