Help...is this phimosis?

Hey bud, if you can get your foreskin to retract over the head of your penis and onto the shaft, then its probably not phimosis, if things are tight, it may be a slight case. There is a tiny piece of skin called the frenulum that holds your foreskin to your penis...its located just under the head on the underside of your penis. Sometimes it is a bit tight, working with your foreskin some and continuing to retract as much as possible will help loosen it some...but don't try to stretch it. Hope this helps!

it's not the frenelum thats not retracting but a part of my foreskin is still attached to the head of my penis...Im not sure what to do,can someone help?

If its a piece of foreskin or an adhesion or skin bridge sorta situation. A doc really needs to take a look at that. Sorry dude, the solution is probably a simple one involving a minor snip....but don't try that on your own.

I remember when i was maybe 15, i still had what he is speaking of. The part that was connected was on the sides of the frenulum. I remember wondering why one side was connected more then the other. With a little pulling, it broke away pretty naturally. Now I don't know if it was the correct thing to do, but everything is fine now.
