Sit up straight with good posture all day and try tensing up your abs periodically. If you can replace your chair (if you spend much time sitting), then sit on an exercise ball when possible.
Do you have access to a fitness center?
naw i dont. but i was also wondering how can i loose wieght without having to run...b/c i hate running...always have...so obviously its really hard to stick with. so yea what ways are there to loose fat?(im looking to loose just about a layer of fat..i noticed i got some pretty nice stuff under it )
I tell you what, walking is a great exercise if you don't care to jog or run. I'm not a big jogger myself. I usually hit the weights instead. But lateley I've been getting out for a fast pace walk. With the summer heat and a fast pace walk, it's not a bad cardio workout. Try getting out at lunch or something for a walk. Also you have to take a look at your eating habits. Eating the right foods is a big part of losing weight as well as the right exercises. Also you can use stairs at your workplace. I'm lucky enough to have a fitness center in our building and a gym that's not far from my work. See what you have around you. Hope that helps.
yea man that helps alot. something else i was wondering is whats like...a good diet? like i know eating 6 meals a day is good...but like...specificay?-thanks for all the help!
Well there are so many diets out there. They can all work if you stick with the program. But that is the hardest part, sticking with the program. Train yourself with better eating habits. I find the best diet is like you said, eat at least 5-6 times a day.(Not all huge meals) Keep the meals nutritional. Take in a lot of protien. Tuna fish, lean meats, eggs, things like that. Eating the right fruits and vegetables is a great place to start. Get rid of the soda's. Try to replace it with water if you can. There are many dieting websites. Surf the net for a diet that fits you. Remember it's not really a diet, but it's changing your eating habits. Train yourself to eat fruits or fresh vegetables to replace the chips and junk food like that. It's easier said than done. But if you want to see the results, you have to motivate yourself to do so. Find something that motivates you and stick with it.
oh alright thanks that helps alot, but do you think you can help me find like a site that has like...the diets and stuff like, for breakfast eat this for snack eat that and so on. i try looking on the internet myself but i keep finding bullshit advertisements for like...atkins or slimfast and crap.-thanks again for all the advise
