Ok, the truth, I do not do any P.E in school, I play no sports (exept falconry, but all that includes is swinging a bit of leather on string) and I have a bad diet. I am 14 years old (15 in October), and I weight approx 12lbs. I want to be fit, but not do P.E in school, or play sports if I can help, because I get the micky taken out of me for it.
I also have Asthma and a heart condition - but this shouldn't really stop me (The Doctor said).
Any help please?
