It used to make me cringe as well. Basically, if you try to have sex without a condom and your skin doesn't retract freely, it hurts A LOT! That's what made me realise there was something wrong and so I started to work on it. Beleive me, once you get through the bits of pain, it is good. It also gives you a chance to clean underneath your foreskin which is no bad thing.I started by trying to retract my skin when my penis was un-erect. Once this was comfortable I did the same with semi-erect and full-erect and now I have no problems!Do it now...its definitely worth it and much better than getting circumcised. Thats my opinion anyway.Hope that helps a bit.

Hi all!Well, after 2-3 months of stretching my foreskin it is now comfortably retractable!! I'm so pleased! Just wanted to thank everyone's advice on here...its great to talk about it.The problem I have now is that the head of my penis is very sensitive. If my girlfriend gives me a BJ then I don't last longer than 30 seconds cos the sensation is just too much. How can I work on this? Just by touching and rubbbing the head??Thanks a lot!

Hey guys,I'm new here but didn't want to start a new topic. Anyway, I've been stretching my foreskin and it is getting better and better now but do you know how long it takes for that sensitivity/pain of the head to go away? It seems to take forever! Thanks!
