    Java,
The only way I know of it being possible, is by using Trillian. It combines different messengers (MSN, Yahoo, ICQ andd AOL and a couple of others I think). And as long as you are signed in 9even if sete as invisible), and you leave your computer running etc., you can tell when they were last online. It says something like : "FriendX last seen .. days/hours ago".

Can't remember exactly if that works if they have set themselves as invisble to you though... not sure.

Yes, products that give it structure. For example, Becel margarine (is it Canadian only?) has only 1g of saturated fats (solid fats), 6g unsaturates (oils), and no trans fats per serving. It's non-hydrogenated yet it still has a solid structure. Their must be "something" (like emulsifiers, although those are for liquids like dressing aren't they - to keep the liquids in an emulsion?) to give the margarine structure.

Nope, you can buy Becel in Holland too. Not seen it in the UK though.

Actually those are commonly referred to (or at least round where I am in the UK), as 'spots'.. but the more correct name would be 'acne'. No matter how many 'spots/zits/pimples' there are, they are all acne. Just some people have more than others.

And no, you do not get spots from eating greasy food, chocolate or anything else. Nor does washing with soap, not rinsing the soap/shower gel etc etc make a difference.

Some of the links that were posted should give more information.

Count yourself lucky indeed if you do not have them! I did have them.... for much much longer than the end of puberty!

Not bothered about the soul.. if it still has one, it can communicate with mine (assuming I have a soul!).. but it needs to be dead before I eat it!

LOL! I know that sushi is not alive! I was merely alluding to the fact that while I like eel, I am not so keen on sushi.

    I prefer my food dead!

It would creep me out if I had to eat something that was still alive. (Food! I am talking about FOOD! ) For the rest, as long as it is cooked, I am not fussed.

I know.. I love eel too.. smoked preferably! Not so sure about sushi.. only ever tried it once, so maybe it needs another try?

Living in Tampa (FL) for a few years was heaven as far as fresh seafood was concerned!
