    You do not really a frenulum. If the frenulum is very short, it can be cut / removed. Mine was removed when I was circumcised.

    Be patient the tendon (frenulum) will heal fairly quickly, but no masterbating or intercourse until it has healed

    I would soak in a warm bath and gently pull your foreskin back as far as is comfortable and then a little more, or put some KY inside your foreskin and pull gently and see if that helps. Two things you need to be aware of : 1 there is a small piece of skin (frenulum) that attaches the glans to the foreskin 2 when you do fully retract there will be cheesy substance (smegma) underneath.
