    Just For Laughs

My wife was also on sertraline and our sex life virtually stopped, but don't worry... it soon comes back again!

    Just For Laughs

This happened to me once when I went for a coffee with some colleagues. I kept putting off going until I was at the stage the muscles in my penis were pulsing and I though I was going to piss myself. The feeling of relief is amazing... and perfectly natural I would think.

    Hi Clarkson

Thanks for sharing the difficulties you're having. If you are having feelings towards both males and females then, yes, you might be bisexual.

Some Christians believe homosexuality is wrong, and some believe it isn't - it all depends on how people interpret scripture. For me, Christianity is about being in relationship with God, and it is important to let God lead the way you live your life, so I would advise you to talk to God about your worries - pray, read the Bible, take times of silence - do whatever works for you, and ask God to lead you on this.

You might feel that God is saying to you that homosexual sex is wrong, or you might feel that God is telling you to embrace your sexuality. Not I nor anyone else on this board can tell you what's right and what's wrong - you need to work out what's right/wrong for you and be prepared to live with that decision.

One thing I would add is that Jesus said "I will draw all men to me" - including those of any sexual orientation. It sounds from your post like you're really struggling with this issue, and God doesn't want anyone to be unhappy so I really hope you work this out soon.

    Take care,
    JFL

P.S. I have many friends who are Christian and gay/bisexual who have come to terms with their sexuality and their faith. It might seem hard, but you will get there.

I did once wake up in the middle of a wet dream. I woke up to feel my dick tingling and after just a couple of seconds I started squirting! This was before I started masturbating, so I think it would have been my first orgasm while I was awake. It kinda freaked me out at the time, but it felt good!

The test was just as Rad said - they squirt on some jelly, rub the probe over, nothing painful or embarrassing. The results show I've got two small epidydimal cysts. Apparently they're completely harmless, so that's a load off my mind.

I'd definitely encourage other guys to go and get checked if they find any lumps - it's painless and puts your mind at ease.

My doc has referred me for an ultrasound of my testes in order to check out a cyst. Has anyone been for one before and what will it be like?

We met at a church youth event that we were both at. I don't really know what I "did", I guess there's just someone out there for everyone and when you meet them things just work.

I think my real problem in the past was that I was too shy, but with my fiancee I feel comfortable about everything.

I don't think it's anything to worry about - I reached 20 and had still never been kissed. Only two years later I'm now planning m wedding!

Have you tried a delay condom like Durex Performa? They numb the tip of the penis a bit so that you last longer.

You don't ever need to worry about feeling a "fake" or anything like that - that's why church is there, to help us all along the way. I'm about to start training as a preacher, and I get doubts and worries and insecurities about God all the time! But God's love sees through all that, and He will see you through this too.

Try going to a different church for a while, where you can start afresh and meet new people. Tell them you're a bit lost about faith and be open about the fact you're agnostic. If they are a true Christian people, they will accept this and welcome you with open arms.

I also agree with the above that it would be worth speaking to your doctor about things, just to rule out the possibility of depression or something similar.

If you're into reading, the book "Messy Spirituality" by Mike Yaconelli is fantastic at dealing with the very issue of feeling down about church.

    Praying for you.
