I'm not a big fan of how uptight America is about sex and to some degree how overprotective parents can be. Although the good side of that is some parents are taking a very active role in their childrens education.I'm going to school to be a social sciences teacher and all I hear about is how rediculously careful we have to be of what we teach. When it comes down to it, if I make one small mistake based on the opinion that my students can handle the information, but I neglect to tell parents, then I can easily lose my job.I personally find that passage from the diary alittle too explicit but it really depends on the age group that it is presented to. From what I remember of when I was in school, that book was read anywhere between 5th and 8th grade. As a teacher I wouldn't consider using that version with any students under 8th grade.Banning the dictionary on the other hand? Just flat out rediculous.

Girl on top with both sitting up. Like on a chair or something. And him on top but sitting up rather than laying right on you.

Leaving for college is tough for some people. I know some who were very emotional about it and others who weren't. I was nervous the entire summer leading up to leaving but when the day came that I actually had to leave I was more excited than anything. Have you got your roomate info yet? If you have and have not contacted her yet than go ahead. You'll feel better if you feel like you know somebody. On another note. I go to school here in new hampshire and my first roomate was from long island. She Could be home in 5-6 hours if she needed to be. Depending on where in Mass you'll be you could make it home in about the same time. Look up bus routes so you know a quick way to get home if you need a weekend away.

Abi, it sounds stupid but being comfortable with your own body makes being comfortable with someone else much easier. I think the first step here would be to figure out exactly what it is that bothers you and why.Once you've moved on from there and your ready to be with someone else, are your worries just about getting pregnant? Is it a trust issue you have with that person, or are you just flat out not ready for that responsibility.
