Welcome to A2A, silver wolf. Not to split hairs, but I suspect that the first cum that you describe was probably pre-cum, or more clinically call pre-ejaculatory fluid. If you would have had an orgasm which would most likely have accompanied an ejaculation, you would not have described it as "peeing in (your) boxer briefs" but rather something very powerful and enjoyable.

@malachi824 First of all, welcome to A2A!

I would caution you about training your body to climax quickly. If you ever happen to enter another relationship your partner probably won't be happy to have things over so quickly. Premature ejaculation is a real problem for a lot of guys.

@theunderdog Welcome to A2A. Yes, side effects-both good and bad-can often accompany meds.

@Qwerty Congrats to you for recognizing that your diet could stand improvement. You might want to considering adding vegetables to your diet as well, especially those containing protein. Regular workouts are also a path to wellness.

Is there any history of diabetes in your family? You mentioned that you were cutting down on the masturbation, so I assume there is no problem with you getting a hard erection. One of the signs of diabetes is that your erection is not as strong as it used to be.

I can relate as I have a terrible phobia of needles as well and just hate when the time for my annual physical comes around. Sometimes, though, gutting it through one needle can reduce the need for more, I'm not a doctor (couldn't be as I can't even stand to see someone else get an injection) but I do know that sometimes diabetes can be treated with pills if you catch it early. What adjustments to your lifestyle do you intend to make?

@Qwerty Some of the symptoms are indeed those of diabetes. However, the only way to be sure is to get a physical work up from a doctor.
Diabetes can be easily controlled, but can be quite a problem if it is not. I suggest that you do make an appointment with your doctor.

@mcm07311994 I wouldn't expect an STI to show up that quickly (4 hours). But then again I wouldn't expect friction burns to present with cankers like you have. I would suggest that you both get tested..
