    Well i don't have enough weights to squat or deadlift. Also what are leg presses and do I need anything special to do them?

    Also, you said something about changing up your routine every once in awhile so your body can continue to adapt. Well I've been doing just about the same routine for several months now and I don't think i have enough equipment to continue changing routines every so often.

    I'm just a simple kid trying to make sure i'm healthy, in shape, and look good, and be strong. Don't know why this has to be so hard for people without accesses to gyms.

    Well actually I do have a barbell outside. A simple of that curves were your hands should be. But I don't think i have very much weight outside with it. It wouldn't hurt to sometime go see what's up with it.
    Also can you suggest me some good, simple leg workouts?

    And I was under the impression that if i was working mostly upper body(abs,chest, arms and such) that I could at MOST, doit twice a week, preferably four days apart from one another. Is this good, or would be considered too much?

    Yeah I just looked at that and it seemed to require me to have quite a bit of equipment that I dont have access to. I don't have any barbells or benches. Just the small free weights. Which most of everything he said in there had to do with having a barbell.

    Yes I'm actually pretty skinny at about 5'5" and 110lbs. And it's pretty hard to gain weight(which I am trying to) I recently was 105lbs.

    How many times a week should you work out a specific muscle.? Like biceps, triceps, abs, and such.

    Yeah considering the fact that you just hit puberty recently, your girth should start shooting up in measurement toward your later years.
