i have a friend who lost his virginity to his best friends mom on his 15th birthday party. that was his first kid. not a smart move.

dont try to persue it...it wouldnt even last, and you cant be her "knight in shining armour" from her husband. hopefully you'll realize in a couple years that it was just infatuation.

Amanda is right. there is alot of maturing to do before someone is ready to raise a child. eventhough my mom was a good mother, my grandma did most of the raising.

I went with my friend to get a pregnancy test at the clinic, they said she is not pregnant, which was a relief to me, but she still thinks there might be a chance. i hope not. also, i have talked a little bit of sence into her. she agreed with me yesterday that she needs to at least have a job to support the baby, and a father figure that she cares for (i think she has a guy in mind that she likes, and he has liked her since we were in grade school, that would be so cute!)

haha, just a lil update there.

i think that she should be neutered also till she matures. and she has never even raised an animal alone...her mom always ends up doing it.

your right too though that some teen mothers are good ones. my mom had me when she was 16. i turned out fine...i think hehe. i just dont think that people should treat it like a game. i dont have any kids, but i do have a baby sister, and eventhough i dont live with her, i do understand what is so hard about raising a child. i wish that other people could see it that way.

thank you for agreeing with me (im afraid some people might take offense to this, eventhough i am only dissing on my friend, and she knows how i feel.)

A friend of mine, 19, wants a baby. She doesnt have a job, doesnt have a career path laid out for her yet, lives with her mother and grandmother. She found a guy who wanted a relationship, she had sex with him, waited till she missed her period, then dumped him, hoping that she got what she wanted. This has been going on for about two years. Her 16 year old sister just had a baby last month, and now her sisters friend, also 16, is competing with my friend to see who can get pregnant faster.

Am I the only one who sees this as wrong? when I ask her why it is so important for her to have a baby, she replys "I love babies"

She cant even take care of cats. She saw this cat, loved it, kidnapped it from a neighbor, it had kittens, and now its too much work. She drove out to the country, dropped it off, and went back home without any remourse. How is she going to take care of a child??

Sorry this is a little long...I just wanted to vent a little.
