Maybe you are already stressed up from work. Why not try to relax yourself first. take some time off then try walking first.
You must have a balance in everything that you do. Drink 8 glass of water a day, complete sleep and a proper diet (fruits and vegetables are important) and good amount of exercise too.
You must first consult a dermatologist for that because you can't just jump into some remedy or even to conclusion without checking on its causes.
I suggest you take the doctor's advice first on that.
