Just to let you all know; after the operation my stitches came undone and bled everywhere in the hopsital. They checked me over and told me I had a haematoma (sp?) which needed to be corrected by surgery. So I had to have another operation. After the operation I spoke to the urologist who checked me out and he informed me I was fine and I could go home. After about 7 days, I was feeling like my healing was going no where but the swelling was going down even if was just a little. What has got me thinking is (in regards to stitches) is that they might not have been dissolvable ones for the last operation even though I was informed they were and says so on my letter... If that is the case would I have to have them out? or do they just go away on their own? and also maybe because of my haematoma I'm just taking longer to heal, I don't know...

I'll try and get an appointment to see my doctor but the way things run round here, I'd be lucky to even get through on the phone. You wouldn't believe what kind of things I'm thinking of right now! I'm worrying a lot. I really, really hope it isn't anything serious.

Hi, recently I had circumcision done (about 5 weeks ago) and one thing bugs the hell out of me, and that is my erection. My erection has gotten considerably smaller - 2 inches have been lost. It's definitely not the foreskin making up the length, I can assure you... Honestly though, how can this be? I'm still swollen too; only a little around where the remains of the stitches sit. And that's another thing, I was informed the stitches would disolve pretty quickly but they haven't. Could it be the stitches are pulling tightly on my penis therefore making it unable to erect at full length?

I'm really, really embarrassed about this problem at the moment, so if anyone knows about this kinda thing please share...

Yeah I agree. If I work on my abs every single day they are stiff and achey, therefore making the next day harder to do. So I think leaving a day of rest in between works better.

Isn't it better to do them every other day rather than everyday?

The reason I say this is because surely you need time for your muscles to recover or grow. I've noticed that when I leave a day in between doing push-ups I am able to do a lot more... in my experience.

Well you just answered your own question there. Junk food is bad for you, that is well known. Not only that, it is used by the body very quickly so therefore it doesn't store in your body properly.

As you already mentioned; bulding muscles gains you weight, why not do that? Build some muscle; get some dumbells, do some press-ups and eat a high-protein diet.

150grams of protein? That's a lot. Is that all red meat? I'd be careful. People have found there is a connection between consuming a lot of red meat and bowel cancer.

Hi, I suffer from both sinus problems and dark circles(both pretty bad) and after reading up on a few solutions to these problems, I've found that putting salt water into my nasal passages helps. However I am still finding it difficult to find a long term solution.

Is there anything anyone can suggest?
