and there was light
Seems like stopping in after another 4 years is appropriate.
I'm still living with that damn sexy bitch, plus the family includes a 2-wheel sexy bitch ;)
I'm officially a suit wearing, casino supervisor and a leather wearing biker.
(but not that type of leather wearing biker ;) )
As happy as one can be.
When I joined this forum, I was in a bit of a state, mostly, but not exclusively, due to my marriage falling apart. There were also economic problems on the horizon and yadda-yadda.
I make as much as I did in 1999 but, unlike then, I have a life partner that has a real job, so we balance out.
My son is 19 and he's pretty damn cool
I live with a lovely, young woman.
I have a motorcycle.
I look fuckiing hot on my motorcycle
My job kinda sucks, but it pays well.
Yeah, that's a LOT of turds.
I dropped in for a peek and I thought the forum was gone. As it is, it's just changed around a bit.
A2A will always have a place in my heart. I mean look at what I went through while pouring my heart out here... marriage issues, separation, dating (weird), divorce, more dating (more weird), reconnecting with an old G/F (disaster) and here I am with a fine woman in my life, totally by accident.
I miss arguing with Thor but I can always find a right wing loony to argue with. Hell, I can find plenty of left wing loonies too :)
The internet has changed, somewhat.
This thing they call "web 2.0" or "social media" was exactly what the web was from day one. It's just that some sites like Facebook and Twitter have managed to make this integration and aggregation seamless.
In 1996, I was on a re-mailer chat list for the car club I ran. Was that not social media?
And I do miss you, Scotty, because you were a good friend during a very dark time in my life.
Life has changed, somewhat.
It's a bit better though. Love ya man.
