I have one 20lb dumbell and i do 3 sets of 8 reps on each arm sitting down, putting my elbow on the inner thigh. Anyway, when i first started out it seemed like my arms were about equal strength. Now after i have done this for a couple weeks, my left bicep has gotten stronger and have almost no problem with my left arm and can just fly right through the curls. Then in my right arm bicep i still struggle through that 3rd set and i see no strength improvement at all in this arm. I get the burn in my right bicep and everything but i have not seen improvement. also if i flex my muscles my left bicep is quite a bit bigger than my right. Why is my left bicep improving and my right not as much? am i doing something wrong?

What are the differences between red and white muscle fibers and where do you find higher frequencies of particular ones?

ok i was also wondering if i was getting the burn actually in the right spot. Where should i feel it when and after doing bicep curls. In the base of the bicep near where the arm bends? or the whole bicep. i only feel it where the arm bends at the very start of the bicep.
