I was just proving how exact of an entromorph I am, I am new to the topic of bodybuilding, do you guys believe the body type theory by William Sheldon ie. Ectomorphs, Mesomorph, and Endomorphs ?
-

I never heard about ectomorphs having large brains, and I have no idea how you'd measure the volume of your brain without using a C/T or MRI machine...but, whatever. It is not unusual for adolescents to eat massive amounts of food but put on weight very slowly, especially if they're still growing. How many calories do you think you're consuming each day? In another thread from the last couple of days, I suggested nutrition drinks, whey powder, and Scandi Shakes (a high-calorie powder that you mix with milk). If you're consuming thousands of calories a day, and you're not very active, and you're still not gaining weight, then you may have a hyperactive thyroid. That's something that you ought to discuss with your doctor.

You may have already seen this site, i dont know but it may help you... http://www.skinnyguy.net/I have the PDF, the product he's selling, with all the shit you need to know if you want it.
-
nope never seen it, ill check it out now...
-
That Web site looks like one big advertiesment for the crap he's selling. You can buy whey protien powder, etc. all over the place. You don't need to buy that guy's stuff. However, I agree with the "eat a lot" idea.

I've never really seen a horse eat, but yea I have been improving my eating habits by bringing and actuely eating lunch at school, I used to just do homework at lunch, now I got a pen in one hand and a roast beef sandwich in the other   aswell as slipping in lots of other meals in my schedule.

Well I guess i'm the lightest person here at 105lbs at 16 years old.
-
height is most importanat, but yah i have aswell used ANthony Ellis Program ... (skinnyGuy) i used for 2 - 3 weeks, and then got down with the flu which totally screwed up all my work :frowning:
Haven't worked out since... lol
but i gained 7 pounds in 3 weeks ... not bad i guess... i am gunna start working out on same rountine again, just with no leg excersizes due to me being scared it will stunt my growth..
The Program Anthony Ellis had me on was a full meal every 3 hours, and after 2 - 3 weeks, man its tiring, but i guess its worth it
im at 112 - 5'5 - 15 years old now.

Hi, guys i'm excatly the same as fallen i'm 16 and weight like only 55kg which is really light. I was hoping if u guys could answer this question. I've been taking this product Weight Gainner which i got from GNC which says it can help me put on weight. I've been taking this product for almost 2 months now, i have seen some improvement but the thing is i am not going by directions on the product as the 3 Cups full of the powder is too much for me as it tastes crappy if too much is added into my drink when i go to the gym. I was wondering if i should stick to the directions? Or should i jus continue my own directions which is 2 cups.

Many of those products tell you to drink more than required simply so you'll use their product up quicker, and buy more. So taking less would be fine I think.

I have another question too, if i wanna gain weight do i lift heavier weights or do i juz stick to my original weights?reply asap guys thx =)
-
Lift heavier of course. If you can bench say... 40kgs six times before failure, and after two weeks of training, you can now bench 40kgs for 12 reps before failure, you need to up that weight! In general, the more weight you lift, and obviously the less reps you can manage, the more mass you will put on. If you do light weights for high reps, you will still gain weight and strength (not as fast), but gain more definition.
