people say by doing sit ups you can get a six pack by doing then 2ice a week and they reacon that within 2 weeks you could have a six pack and start noticing big diffrences shorly thats bollocks shorly you have to work out 20 minutes every day of the week if anyone nos how you get one and can give me tips on it please tell me thank you

gain 80 lbs carry it around for a year or two and lose it (key word lose) easier said then done but hell ive got a 6 pk ... under a cpl inches of blubber

well look at ur avatar on this forum your body (if that you) is thin at the bottom as it gos up towards the head it widens out for example look at this can you explain what u need to do if i show u this diagram please reply

Incredibly difficult, need low body fat % and you need to work your abs.
i do 200 situps every other day at least and i don't even have that "chiselled" look, albeit they are pretty hard.

Getting a actual 6 pack is about 75% nutritional and 25% from exercise you need really low body fat so unless you want to start reading food labels and counting your calories it will be really hard to do

nad honestly from what ive found (agreeing with the nutritional point of view) is what are you really looking for? i can do more sit ups then almost anyone of the skinny skater punks with their six pack abs...of coarse by stomack area looks fat and not defined yet im still very strong and alot of that was my style of training in that i didnt worry enough about nutrition and only on excersize...its a fine balance and if your looking to have that "ripped" look then look more into have an almost perfect diet than the perfect escersize...and also make sure you have cardio in you excersize to burn off the extra calories that muscle training wont do...good luck

Just incase anyone thinks this doing sittups WONT reduce the fat on your stomach. That would mean people who are right handed would have more fat on their left arm than their right cus they use their right lol. Your body distributes fat wherever pretty much and the only way to loose weight on 1 place is to work out with stuff like running cycling swimming and by eating good stuff.
