Im kinda just getting over a cold which started last sunday and was pretty bad. I just have a dry cough and a bit of congestion left. Except now , since wednesday or thursday actually, there was tiny amounts of blood in phlegm I was coughing up, and blood in the mucus from blowing my nose. Now it has disappeared from my coughed up phlegm ( im assuming that was just the same phlegm from my nose just dripped back- now Im significantly less congested.) however I'm not really coughing up phlegm anymore. Now whenever I blow my nose there can be quite a bit of blood, but my nose never actually bleeds. I havent had any nose bleeds recently either, maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago I had a rare one after blowing my nose(i mightve been picking it a bit to cause this the day prior) but I dont think I have had one in years prior to that. So is this something I should worry about, or is it probably just from being pretty dry or something?
I should also note there is not blood every time, though it's there most of the time, yesterday for the first half of the day I wasnt getting any while blowing my nose.
