I was just wondering what the ideal weight of a 15 year old who is 5'6" and growing would be. On a percentile I was told 120 lbs, but on a fitness chart I saw 130, howeevr I know someone who is 5'6" and 130 lbs, and overweight a bit.

Really it depends on what kind of shape you're in. Fat weighs less than muscle, so the same weight of fat, is going to take up more room than muscle.There is a weight range that is ideal.

Well like I dont really want to show any ribs, I did one of those pinch tests and I apparently only have 2.0% of fat, so it's mostly muscle at the moment.

Just keep it muscle, and you will be fine. It isn't so much about weight, as it is about being healthy.
