How do you get rid of this?A close friend of mine is getting a divorce because her husband is addicted to porn. She's taking her 4 children with her because he attempted to sexually assault his own daughter....I understand people should feel free to look at porn as much as they want but... that's ridiculous. I personally find porn revolting but... it's just... so wrong.

Porn Addiction =(

I would think that the attempt to sexually assault his daughter was the stronger reason for leaving.

that happened WAY after threats of divorce when she found out about her husbands porn addiction.

The sexual assault was probably the breaking point.

Attempting to sexually assault his own daughter....someone like that should be locked up for a very very long time.'
Porn addict or not is irrelavent. -
Yeah, it sounds to me like porn addiction is the least of that guys problems. It's funny the way that people tend to pin things on like porn, "devil music", video games etc when it's pretty obvious that some people are just plain fucked up no matter how you slice it.

Although I could see how a Porn addiction, especially a long standing one which he lied to his partner about could ruin a marriage and make her want divorce. The need to continuously watch porn and find harder stuff does make people spiral out of control. There is no excuse for sexual assault though, ever. Never ever!

I would have to agree that I don't believe there is a connection with the porn addiction and the attempted sexual assault. I personally believe that anybody should be allowed to view pornographic material as much as they please. Wife or Husbands of wives who like porn, simply need to accept this fact. I mean they knew who they were marrying and it shouldn't affect them. No man or woman should expect another man or woman to change there habits. The sexual assault attempt on the other hand is ridiculous. That is a completely separate issue and a GREAT reason to leave someone. Hopefully further legal action is taken.
