I recently set about to naturally enlarge my penis. My goal is and will be to increase my girth. Over the last week I have been doing the following:Wrap a shoe lace around my penis while it is flaccid. Look at porn or do some other thing to stimulate myself for about 5-10 minutes. I did this about three days this week, increasing the amount of time I held it each time. The last sessions was today for about 30 minutes, and I gotta say, folks, it really is working. My girth has gone from 4" to 4.25" in just a week! Of course, I can only hope that these results are at least somewhat permanent. Now, you ask yourselves, 'What the fuck is wrong with that crazy ass mo-fo and his damn obsession with the size of his member...' And you are justified in asking such a question. BUT, I just want to point you to my results, and try to explain just some of the science behind it with the hopes of encouraging others who are in the same boat as I. When you lift weights, the strain placed on your muscles causes them to rip. To repair the rips, your body grows new muscle in the space that was made by the ripping. Thus, your muscles grow.When you wrap a rope around your pecker, you cause the blood that is entering to be held there and slowly build up, which increases the size of the dick significantly as more and more blood builds up. This significant increase has the same effect by pulling apart tissue in your penis that is then replaced by new tissue.I know this method is likely already well-known, but I thought I would post this anyway, and start a thread to chart my progress. Also, to anyone else who is trying natural penis enlargement methods, they could post their progress here too. (There are forums out there with this information on it already, but those are usually just full of men who are already hung like a horse and just post to get horny off their egos.)LQ

I am no expert in the male genitalia area but if you cut off blood or stopping the blood from being released, can you possibly kill your penis?I don't know, from your post it doesn't sound very safe (assuming you're tieing up your penis tightly). But like I said, I don't know much.In all honesty, confidence comes from within you, not your penis.

It can be dangerous, but it isn't if done properly. By forcing blood into your membranes, they will fill will blood and stretch. It is like working out, you stretch and breakdown your muscle tissue to allow it to grow larger. I wouldn't suggest using a shoe lace tho. Use your hand and push blood up with your fingers.

I've been doing PE for a bit now. I've always done it off and on, but I'm going to try to do it for 6 months. I figure by that time, I'll know if it's a fluke or not.When certain PE forums have 90,000 members, its kind of hard to imagine so many people committed to a lie =/.Grats on the growth man, but make sure you warm up. Wrap your buddy in a hot towel before hand to loosen things up. And if you're gonna keep clamping, which is what you're basically doing :P, go get a cable clamp at home depot or something, I think it'd be better than a shoe lace. I tried clamping awhile back and didn't really get anything from it, but I was also very lazy with PE. Quote: In all honesty, confidence comes from within you, not your penis. Just to let you know, we don't advocate or really allow active discussions here about PE. The reason being is that PE has definite risks involved. Given the young impressionable age of many visitors to this site, they may foolishly try things becasue of pressure to "measure up" and hurt themselves. PE discussions are better suited to other forums where people actually know what they are talking about.

Okay, there will be no more talk of penis enlargement here. My apologies. However, I would also like to add that I have recently begun working out the other parts of my body too. I tried to set a standard of 100 situps and 100 pushups each day. I was able to get in 50 pushups only today (first day on the program), but I did get in 100 situps! I think perhaps I will make a thread in the Health and Fitness forums for all of us folks to chart are New Years resolutions progress LQ
