Okay, so about a week ago I started having to pee a bit more often. Then, i started randomly having to pee like wicked bad. I would be fine, then all the sudden I'd have to pee more than anything, and even after I pee the feeling remains for a bit. Then, a couple days ago it stated hurting when I peed. Not burning hurting, but a starnge hurting. It's like the feeling I get when I really have to pee now, only WAY worse. Like, makes me want to scream hurts. It only starts when I'm actually peeing. And like I said, it lingers aferwards for a while.I've tried web MD and stuff, but i'm not getting much more than UTI, which I don't think it is cause it's not a burning pain.Anyone have any ideas?I plan on seeing a doctor Monday, but I'd like to have an idea of what it might be.

Serious pain (not burning) when urinating.

Seeing your doctor is the best thing to do - it may be necessary to do some tests. Most likely it is a UTI.

What you're describing can also be a symptom of high blood sugar which is spilling into your urine. If it's high enough, once you begin to pee, the affected urine irritates your urethra whih then stays irritated for a while even though you're done with your pee.Have your blood sugar checked in case you are developing diabetes.
