Acne help anyone?

Plenty of water, and don't sleep on your hands. Wash your face twice a day. Proactive and those facial medications can be abrasive and dry your skin out, are you putting lotion on afterwards? Acne during puberty is a reaction to the new levels of testosterone, usually. Unfortunately this means it may not subside until you are simply passed the stage your in.

I have been having very bad acne troubles to blackheads, redmarks, whiteheads, cysts, and normal just pimples for a while and what I learn that is working very well is dapping sulfur on your face before bed (try to find a high level sulfur brand, I use Bye Bye Blemish). Then exfoilerate 1-2 times daily.

Are you using two kinds of stuff on your face? If so, stop. Either use the proactiv or just the cream. Too many different chemicals can make your skin worse. Also, buy some face lotion. Regular body lotion is too oily for your face. I love the Olay face lotion. Try not to rest your face on the inside of your hands. Drink plenty of water. I've found that keeping my hair away from my face has been very beneficial.

Proactiv generally comes with a lotion as part of its set that is ordered.
If you are using proactiv properly and it's not helping, then perhaps you should try something with salicylic acid in it instead, like St. Ives medicated apricot scrub.
I have really oily skin and have found that it's best for me to wash my face 3 times a day.
