Do you know anything about a possible link to public sex and sex offenders? I said that in my first post, but I'm probably wrong, so I wanted someone who may know better to reply.I heard that being on that list doesn't limit those who committed rape, child molestation, or collect/distribute child porn.

Road head / jerkin while driving

no it doesnt limit it, my brother got arrested for public urination a lil while back and the officer and such said he could very well end up on that list though i dont think he did

In Oklahoma if a guy pulls over to the side of the road to take a leak and gets caught by the law he will be considered a sex offender regardless how much he is trying to conceal it.There was recently a case in Oklahoma with a guy who was peeing on the side of the road when a deputy came along. He was fined and put on the sex offender list and had to sell his home because it was within a mile, or whatever it is, of a school, park or other place where kids may congregate. The man also lost his job I believe. While he received public support, that didn't matter the law is the law and he still lost his house, his job and divorced his wife so she could retain custody of their kids without DHS oversite. It wrecked his life but it doesn't matter because we have to "think about the children."Mother for the Protection of Shitty Little Kids, or whatever the hell they're called, came out against changing the law under even these extreme circumstances. So it remains and will remain. Moral of the story, if you gotta piss, just piss your pants don't get out of the car to do it.

That's the buckle of the bible belt.

I'm thinking the original poster was asking about receiving head while he's driving, on the road...?
Surely that would at least be inattentive driving, no?

not necesarily, it was the most fun drive to disney land i think we've ever had snickers
-
Actually he made it clear in many other posts he's bi-sexual. So I'm guessing both receiving and giving.
