yay! lol.ive been dieting my fat ass off! ive been chugging water for the past week and a half, eating soooo much better and walking every day =) i feel so good. today alone ive drank 9 500ml bottles of water. i normally go for a 40 minute walk each day. but today was fecking cold so i only went for a quick 10 minute one.ive also cut out a LOT of sodium in my diet. no more fatty easy microwaveable meal shit. just fresh food. im munching on grapes as i type =)i havent had deep fried food since febuary!! i only had mcdonalds fries ONCE since then. i havent eaten bread in about 4 days. i feel so much more energized, and i feel like ive lost weight already. its great. tomorrow im going back on my excercise ball/ab machine thingy to do a few crunches too. anyways, does anyone have any other suggestions for me to do to help lost some inches around my waist/thighs/chest? anything can help me =) just something simple and fun. thanks guys xx

So, im on a diet
-
I want your will power lol.
As far as tips my best guesses would be to work on crunches and any exercises that work those particular areas don't forget the rest of your body though), and combine it with cardio. Just keep in mind though you can't spot reduce fat. In the end it comes off where it wants. Just keep trying, and best wishes

thanks hon.
yea its soo hard to lose love handles... goddd. i need duct tape i swear lol. im sick of not having confidence, so ive been working my ass off to make myself feel better. =) its such an awesome feeling. and to who really cares, the sex has been awesome. i feel a lot more confident now ^.^ lol.
too much info? probably

Lol well confidence wins all in my opinion. A fat person with confidence is more attractive to me that a skinny person with none.I love the feeling of feeling good about myself. This semester I joined the cheerleading team and I had to work out atleast 3 times a week on top of practice 4 times a week, plus games. It took up alot of my time but i felt great and it was the first time in my life i actually started getting abs haha. My boobies disappeared on me though, and its not like I had anything to begin with either :-/
-
i dont have much confidence. but im working on it =)and lol. i wish my boobs would shrink a cup size or two. godddd
-
I wanna get a fat transfer from my gut to my boobs. I like them for the most part. They're cute and have a nice shape. But I really wouldn't mind another cupsize lol. I got nice pecks though so I can still do the booby dance. Its great for freaking out my friends
-
bahahaha i can make my boobs dance sometimes too. its amusing
-
This is prolly going to be a TMI moment...but it works best when i'm watching a movie with them and i'm always cold so we spoon. Of course I get what I like to call "party hats" alot, so I do the booby dance and poke them. I only do that with close friends though lol. I'm weird.
-
Congrats and I wish you luck. I've been meaning to start going on a diet too but I lack the damn willpower and I can't make it past a week. I even lack confidence.. :-( One day I'll get those both.....one day...

Hey Ashley, I know what you mean... my gf and I are exactly the same, one day one of us will feel good, one day the other might, but sometimes, neither of us will go near the dreaded mirror!!! lolI'm not to bad at the moment, cuz I worked out that since this time last year, I've lost 24kg's ... it's taken a lot of work down the gym, pushing yourself harder than you think you can manage, but, not so hard you injure yourself, and, believe it or not, in Feb, I found out I was lactose intollerant, since then I've lost even more weight... those darn dairy products really keep the weight on!!! lolAlso, the real reason I wanted to post was to tell you about the GI diet, if you don't already know about it, I really try and stick to that, barring the odd slip up, because it's not even a real diet, it just informs you of what's good and bad to eat for digestion, so you've got green yellow and red foods, green you can eat anytime, yellow once in a while, red very occassionally, and it's great seriously I did find, while I could still eat dairy, that if I made a proper smoothie, with a tonne of fruit in it and a lil bit of yoggie to hold it together, that'd keep me going till about 2 in the afternoon, so sometimes it's good to look at things like that too Right now, I'm not so hot on the old exercise though, because I decided that it'd be a great idea to damage myself, and now I hafta go to the chiropractor, and not do anything to strenuous in between!!! lolAnyway, hope this helps, and, keep up the good work ... tis all about the willpower, and you've shown you've got that in spades just don't let it drop off, otherwise... well, speaking from experience, it's easy to slip into old habbits ... now I even do a lot of my own baking because that way I know exactly what's in what I'm eating... works wonders laters!

the Gl diet? ive never heard of that before. any links or further info on it? OMG me in a dress O.O gahhh!!! i had to post that. lol. i never ever wear a dress but my friend convinced me to snap a pic of it. =)

Further info/independant review of the GI Diet:http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/diet/gi_diet.htmThis is the book I personally use as a guideline:http://www.bgstores.co.uk/index.php?main...1a780cbab4f2466I haven't seen this one before, but came accross is browsing for other info... shameless plug for Anthony Worrall Thomson, but I do think he's a genius chef and I do enjoy his recipes on the whole:http://www.samedaybooks.co.uk/details.php?isbn=9781856266116&s=gbAlso, for purposes of baking, you can easily replace dairy milk with a non dairy substitute such as soy, however when cooking with soy milk, from experience, I have found whatever amount of normal milk you would use, you need approximately double that in soy for the same recipe, I have no idea why that is, but trust me it works For anyone looking to lose weight, or if they have any symptoms similar to what I was getting ((I'm lactose intolerant) chronic stomach aches, being stuck on the toilet for hours, possible sickness, dull abdominal pains etc) then it's well worth cutting the dairy out for a few days... though, you do find yourself having to check labels everytime you're in the supermarket if you don't eat dairy, cuz you'd be amazed at the products which contain lactose... even crisps (chips for those of you not from the UK) have it in, every flavour except for ready salted, and even a few brands of ready salted!!! totally sucks, but hey... great for keeping the pounds off!!! lol
