Hey I started getting back into working out... But where I usually run into problems is repeating the same workouts week in and week out, and from what I understand this limits results...
So how often should I change up my Routine, I am on a three day schedule right now, day is chest/biecps day 2 is tri's /shoulders then day 3 is legs...
Each day has Cardio and abs in it.
I can get more detailed if that will help answer the question.
