I'm a guy and now when I masturbate too often(eg. everyday with 1 time each day), the organs somewhere between the bellybutton and penis and a little towards the right hurt. Also, my right testicle may sometimes hurt a little at the same time. When that happens, I usually have to take a 2-3 day break at least. I have a feeling that the organ there(which is somehow related to sexual activity) has been overworked, and I want to stop masturbating.I started masturbating since I was a kid and didn't stop the habit until the pain started a year ago as a young adult. I still have trouble controlling my masturbating desire like smoking but I wish to stop it.Does anyone have any sincere suggestions to help me solve my problem so that I can give my sexual organs some time to rest and heal themselves?

Is there such a thing as over-masturbation?

OpenMind,Welcome to A2A. Thanks for posting. It’s a good question. I have experienced a really sore dick or have rubbed myself a little raw from excessive masturbation, but I have never had the feeling that something internal hurt. It sounds rather painful... Most of the male reproductive organs are behind the bladder. I believe the Vas deferens comes up on both sides, but I don’t recall any other organs located just to the right between your belly button and your penis just a little to the right. If this feeling happens often or continues, I would suggest having it looked into by a doctor.

Once a day would not normally be considered unusually often - many guys do it more often than that without ill-effects. I wonder if your dislike of your habit is leading you to feel the pain?

I had a similar problem where my PB muscle gave me an excruciating pain every time I climaxed. I was 15 then, and I was too ashamed to tell the doc. Luckily for me, it went away after I stopped masturbating for about 3 weeks(I don't know how I did it either!). I would suggest you follow the same advice for that same amount of time. If it doesn't help, go see the doc !

Mine sounds a little like yours in the part where the pain starts when I climax. I too was initially ashamed to tell the doctor (in fact both my parents are doctors), until one visit last year when I revealed everything.
Here's the story. I am an epileptic but with partial seizures, not full blown ones. I usually have mild fits but had two quite bad ones which ended me in hospital twice last year. My specialist was with me and I had to explain things. That was when I revealed I masturbated. I did tell that I got the pains but he didn't take note of it.
One strange thing is each time I got one of those bad seizures, it was as if part of my "memory" was erased because both times, I lost my craving for sex, pornorgraphy, and the masturbation which I am trying to give up. It was curiousity that pulled me back in. The second time I had the seizure, I managed to go without masturbation craving for up to four months and my internal organ(s) healed and could take the "stress"/load quite well until now.

Do you think you might be doing it too roughly?
-
So are you saying that if you masturbate you'll have an epileptic seizures that your masturbating will cause them?
-
When I was younger, I did do it roughly nearer the climax several times. I've stopped that for a long time now, especially since the pain started. I did this then to try and stimulate myself more. But I don't get seizures from masturbation.

So I presume this is one thing like smoking that's difficult to stop? The other main reason I also want to do so is because I have another worry. Since the pain causes me to need to have regular rest breaks, this worries me for the future.I am now still single and I don't know what couples do in the early years of their marriage. I may not see my parents having sex every night now, but I also don't know if my future wife(if I ever get one) initially has some eagerness to have sex for a few days and I can't take the load? That is what's also on my mind. So how do I stop this desire-habit emotion so that my sexual organs may get enough time to rest and heal completely?

I think you need to make a trip to the doc and tell him whats going on.
-
would masturbating too much cause getting an erection harder to get?
-
Welcome to A2A, OGFL!It could temporarily, perhaps for a day. Unless you were extremely rough, it shouldn't have a permanent effect.
-
Yes, welcome to out little world of knowledge and information.
It wouldn't make an erection harder to get, but it may decrease sensitivity, like when you have sex. Although this would probably only happen if you did it like 5 times a day for years on end. A standard amount, ie once a night, etc...I wouldn't think it'd cause a problem. -
I kind of have the same problem. My girlfriend and I "have sex" lmost every night and lately I haven't been orgasming as strongly. Is it from too much sex?
-
Sometimes a bit of 'sameness' can creep in. But it can just be natural hormone fluctuations, or things like tiredness, stress, etc.
-
It sucks though because I used to squirt like insanely and now I can barely cum for her
-
If it's natural hormone fluctuations it should fix itself within two weeks.
-
It's been going on for over 2 months now... :S
-
Have you been under more stress in the last couple of months?
-
no not really. actually probably less stress from all of the sex. and it pisses me off to know that i cant be with my girlfriend in the same way anymore
