Seems like after the website issues last week, my recent post from around December 5th was lost. When i click on click here to read the topic in the e-mail response where readytogo responded to, it bounces me to this http://forums.afraidtoask.com/topic/29111/i-dont-know-whats-this-on-my-penis-head-pls-help/4

Lost post "The Well Kept Secret From The World - my jockstrap fetish"
-
actually i saw the message that data was lost from the website between Dec 4 & 10
-
Yes, it's unfortunate, but there seems no way of recovering it. I remember it but have no copy.
-
@JTMac i remember the post too. I remember saying something to the effect that I was intreiged to hear how someone who is straight can have a jockstraps fetish as that is usually something you see and find within the gay community... I'm sorry I don't remember that the other 4-5 posts that were written said...
So how does string man have such a fetish and to what extent??
-
See, straight males aren't displayed or depicted the same way gay males are. People go by what they're exposed to, and make conclusions accordingly. Straight males typically don't show themselves off in jockstraps, except for maybe athletes in certain settings. They typically don't embrace their fetish publicly. While jockstraps may be featured in gay videos and photos, straight males may be more apt to be seen in thongs or other sexy male underwear.
Jockstrap fetishes typically begin when a teen or pre-teen begins wearing them for gym & sports near the early days of the development of his sexuality. The design of the jockstrap accentuates both the genitals, as the only anatomy to be covered, while exposing the buttocks, as if framed by the straps. How i described it in one post a few months back:
"Nothing sexier to be in, both the look and the feel, than a regular white jockstrap. Straps whose mere appearance sends the message: "we are securely fastening the pouch to his genitals & thus to his body", a pouch that sends the message "I'm here to protect & cradle his genitals", and a waistband that sends the message "I'm here to link these 2 entities together for this man as i fit snug around this man's waist. A 1" waistband that also says "...and give you maximum exposure to his body. A 6 or 10" waistband that says "...and also fit snug around his torso. A 3" that also that sends a message somewhere in between."
Jockstraps are actually more of a "guy" thing than a gay thing. The difference is how guys choose to expose themselves publicly & privately, as well as how publicly or privately they choose to share their fetishes.

@JTMac Makes sense when you explain it like that. It actually sounded sexy!
-
Oh, it IS sexy. I like to gauge the reaction of the masseuses when they see me wearing them, especially putting them back on at the end. Smiling as they watch me, rather than just going about their business changing sheets, etc as they normally would.
My short story about my recent visit to the dermatologist, "The 1st time I Allowed Myself to be Seen Wearing A Jockstrap", posted 10 days ago already has over 1000 views, on a masturbation oriented website for both men & women (& there are quite a few women who post on there).
Still from yet another website, a bisexual older male admitted to masturbating to my profile pic, which is a close up of a jockstrap i'm wearing. So I sent him a few more pics, and from all the back & forth messaging, i gather he's jacked off about a half dozen times to my pics just in the last 2 days. And i don't exactly have a great body. I'm not muscular, have a hairy beer gut, & fair skin. It's the jockstrap.
Now our judgmental society would find that creepy, the same judgmental society that would mislabel me as gay if they saw me wearing a jockstrap outside an athletic context. And i admit, i might find it creepy too, considering who it was & the context. But we're all people, with our fetishes, kinks & quirks. And if i can turn someone on just by being me, then I'm flattered and thrilled to have that effect on somebody.
-
@JTMac Well said. That's a great way of looking at it. You're NOT passing judgement and you're secure with your own sexuality. Personally, I'm not sure how I would feel if someone told me they jacked off several times to my pictures. I guess I would be somewhat flattered partly, but creeped out as well. Usually someone jacking off is so personal and really isn't publicly broadcasted.. We all know people masturbate but we don't publicize it as such. we just leave it as common knowledge...
-
Well, you know what it is? If you're sharing pics of yourself for people & the intent is sort of to turn them on, then it isn't so creepy. It's when pictures are just around or whatever & you weren't trying to turn someone on. And then especially if it's a stranger. THAT gets creepy.
But if it's someone online & you've started chatting back & forth. Consider it for what it is. And what is it? It's a masturbation oriented website, and the close up pic i submitted was a close up of a bulging jockstrap pouch. What's the effect?
It would be one thing if you are in a public pool and a stranger takes pics of you, or someone with pics of you in a swim suit shows them to someone you don't know & you find out you're the object of someone's objectified lust or whatever. Then THAT's creepy.
It's all about context. And if you're trying to appeal to people in a certain way.

@JTMac Just remember, though, that once you send a digital photo, you lose all control of its ultimate destination(s).
