So I'm a 15 year old boy and I recently noticed my foreskin doesn't retract and I left it thinking it could fix by puberty but I started to stretch it by pulling it back and pulling it a bit back when I masterbate but it has only changed a little bit I'm getting a bit worried please help

Foreskin problem Help needed
-
The only way to loosen the foreskin is through regular stretching. Keep it up.
-
And regular stretching will slowly make a difference. Be patient, keep doing it, never overdo it, and you'll see good results in a couple of months.

I just recently noticed if I look behind my foreskin there is a bit of skin attached to the head of the penis , is this normal ?
-
@ryanlad06 If you are talking about the "Frenulum" then yes, it is normal. Frenulum (Google)
-
I would soak in a warm bath and gently pull your foreskin back as far as is comfortable and then a little more, or put some KY inside your foreskin and pull gently and see if that helps. Two things you need to be aware of : 1 there is a small piece of skin (frenulum) that attaches the glans to the foreskin 2 when you do fully retract there will be cheesy substance (smegma) underneath.

Thanks for your contributions, Howell, and welcome to A2A.

So I'm also 15 and I've been trying to pull back foreskin in a warm bath and I was able to pull the skin behind the head of my penis but I don't know if I should let the tip exposed or should I pull the foreskin back over.
-
It's usual to have the foreskin over the glans to protect it normally, unless you want to decrease its sensitivity.
-
Should the frelum be attached it should separate ?
-
@ryanlad06 mine is separated. It ripped away when I was 10 or 11.
-
It's usually attached, but no disaster if it separates.
