Ok, just in case people ask, im 21, male, have been jerking off for many many years, and I usually use astro glide when I masturbate. Ok, now. It seems that lately, when I cum, it is a bit lumpy... not like pancake batter if you don't wisk it enough, but it's weird. Ok, sometimes I just opt to rub the cum into my stomach or legs, instead of using a kleenex or sock (sorry if that's gross), just because im lazy, and this is when I noticed it. The majority of it is regular, but there are little left over... boogers I guess you could say. Is this anything to worry about? Does anyone else know what im talking about? Im not to freaked out about it, it doesn't hurt or nothing when I cum, but it's just something I wanted to look in to.

Cum is a weird texture

If it doesn't have an odor and you're not experiencing anything else than this texture, it sounds pretty normal. Ejaculate comes out more as a liquid, then solidifies somewhat, and then goes back to its more liquid form. You're probably spreading it around while it's pretty thick and "gooey" for lack of a better term.
-
Some other people here have reported bits of jelly-like stuff in it. It seems to be a normal variation.

The actual sperm in an ejaculation will often appear clumpy or jelly like in consistency and even a bit yellowish in color. Nothing to worry about bud, just part of the deal. And each one will be different from the other, just depends alot on how many ejaculations in a time period and what is available etc.

Actually, its not the sperm that makes cum seem thick and lumpy at times. You can't see the sperm with the naked eye, even with hundreds of millions of them clustered together. Cum contains a fibrous substance secreted by the prostate that causes it coagulate and thicken immediately upon ejaculation. Sometimes there is more of this fibrous substance than others, and it can make the cum somewhat clumpy. Enzymes in the cum break down this fibrous substance in about 10-30 minutes, and it should return to a liquid form.
So, if you want to test if your cum is OK or not, leave it out on a table or a cup or whatever for about 30 minutes, and see if it liquifies. The clumps should disappear.

Awesome, thanks for the info everyone

Thanks for correcting me on that focus....

So can I eat a lot of something to make my prostate give out more of this fibrous substance? I think it would be fun to see a girl chew before swallowing. lmao. j/k

the prostate actually secretes an anticoagulant inorder to facilitate the flow of semen(at least thats what my bio notes say! big test friday so im feeling like a nerd!)
