Hello all. I Just need some help. At 18, after dealing with phimosis my whole life and hating it (not knowing it was a common thing), i discovered there was solutions. After reading the whole post about stretching i have begun to do so. Right now i can only get my skin about 1/3 of the way down the head and the tip is EXTREMELY sensitive and and painful to touch. I just wanted to hear from some people who have had stretching work or not work out for them. How bad was your condition at the start and how long did it take? How often and for how long would you stretch? Any helpful advice or techniques? The one thing i really wanna know is if the sensitivity really does go down - cause right now some head or sex would probly hurt like a monkey! Any help would be much appreciated. Thank alot!

Given that your glans was never exposed to touch, it is totally expected that it will be very sensitive. When you are able to retract the forskin, you'll need to rub the glans lightly with a wet hand or use some lubrication. Repeated contact will reduce the sensitivity. For those who can retract, masturbation with the forskin moving back and forth over the head, the sensitivity is naturally reduced.

Sensitivity is Reduced Rather Quickly actually.. Just exposing your head to the air for a long period of time can reduce sensitivity.. I usually take a cloth or something, and rub mine. It hurts, but it helps..Its extremely hard to Stretch foreskin.. I can only uncover my head about 1/3 of the way also. I've been stretching for about a month, daily w/ ALL techniques. Before I started I could only see the slit of my head.

I would say that's pretty good considering where you started. Are you aggressive with the stretching or pretty easy on pulling back.
