well i started doing the proper steps of stretching the skin thanks to u guys. But i noticed few weeks back when i stretched it for a Very long time to the point where i could almost expose the whole head while flaccid.. but the next day it became just as tight as it was before i stretched it. So if i stretch my skin for lets say 3 months or so does that mean I can stop right stretching it when I reach the 3 month point? Or do I have to keep stretching it everday of my life to prevent it from becoming tight again? THanks again for the adive.

Yay, progress but...

Once it is stretched you shouldn't have to keep doing it because every erection you'll be moving it over the head and up/down the shaft and that'll prevent it from going back to the way it was. Be patient and consistent, work with it daily and youll begin to see some progress.

Aduka ... please describe the " ... proper steps of stretching", which you are doing. Perhaps an improvement might be suggested which would facilitate your progress.Korydon

My way of stretching is pinching the 2 sides of the skin (the tip of it) and pull away. And i didnt know if i erect it should automatically move behind the head. Is it fine if I have to do it manually? cause if not im VERY far from my goal... and also the head is too sensitive at the moment if It just comes out everytime i erect... i wonder if the sensitivity will die down>?

Hi, Aduka: Continue to pull the foreskin out, away from your body. Rather than pinching the skin together, however, try to pull the tip of the foreskin open, at right angles to your penile shaft, as though you were opening a sack, similar to what this fellow is doing: http://www.foreskin.org/46-33-03.jpg, or go to http://www.foreskin.org/ and click on photograph #3. Continue this when you can get your fingers inside.
When your penis is erect the foreskin should ideally cover the glans, but be capable of retraction when encouraged to do so by the vaginal sphincter during sexual intercourse. The same sphincter should pull the foreskin back over the glans on the outstroke to preserve vaginal moisture. It's only men who have a short foreskin whose glans is exposed during erection, but they can easily increase the length of their foreskin by the same process of "stretching" that is employed by men who are restoring their foreskin.
The glans will lose some of its hyper-sensitivity with use, but remember that it's designed to be touched primarily by sopping wet vaginal tissues, not dry, calloused hands. Masturbation should be accomplished by moving the foreskin back and forth over the glans. If you must touch the sensitive glans, use copious amounts of a lubricant.

Thanks Kor, but is it fine if I do pinch them together and pull apart? Will it still work fine? Because I feel more comfortable that way than putting my fingers in my skin and pull apart...

really can't believe that you didn't start to pull it back in the bath as a kiddo

Hi, Aduka: I may have misunderstood your "pinching", as pinching the foreskin together, as a whole, rather than what might better have been characterized as "grasping" either side of the foreskin with your fingers and pulling the opening gently but firmly apart. If that's what you meant, I apologize, as yours is a correct method. That is, at least until you are able to insert a finger or two. When finger insertion does become possible, progress will be much more rapid.By the way, don't feel self-conscious about not having exercised your foreskin to facilitate retraction during your youth. When to the uninitiated the foreskin opening is such that retraction is neither obvious or easily managed, and when guidance and education by parents and physicians is lacking, it's perfectly normal for a fellow not to know how a normal, intact penis should function. It's a good lesson for the younger generation: learn the anatomy and function of the intact penis, and pass on the information to the next generation. Just be thankful that you (and thousands of young men like you) have the internet at your disposal. Many of us were not so fortunate. Korydon
