Hey everyone..my first post..I'm here to ask an important question. There is a piece of skin attaching my foreskin to what looks like my "peehole". I have no trouble pushing my foreskin back over the head when i don't have a boner, but when I do i can't because of this piece of skin. I was wondering if this is normal, and how I can get rid of it without hurting myself, because as I said it looks like its attached to the "peehole" (:p) and if I tried stretching back too much it would break it.thanks,Matt

You may be seeing the frenulum. That's a piece of skin between the foreskin and the head of the penis on the underside, under the peehole. Its purpose is to pull the foreskin back over the head when the penis is not in use. Sometimes it is too short and inhibits retraction. It's usually possible to gently stretch it over time.

yeah that's it for sure. i guess it just means i need to stretch it more?

That's right. Frequent gentle stretching is best.
